Job Description

As driver you are responsible to drive you and your colleagues to your shift, where you work together with them as an inventory employee. As an inventory employee you will count the inventories of a diversity of retail stores in a team of 5 to 10 persons. You scan all products in the store with a handscanner, and based on your performance your salary will increase. The 4 to 8 hour shifts take mostly place in afternoons and evenings on Monday to Saturday, according to your availability. You will gather at a central spot in Rotterdam (or sometimes another city if you have to pick up another team) and drive in a van with your colleagues. As the driver you get paid while driving.

Job Requirements

• You have a valid driving license
• You like working precisely and quick 
• You are able to work physically
• Driving and working in evenings is not a problem for you
• Reaching targets drives you
• Available for at least 5 months for a minimum of 14 hours per week
• Living in or around Rotterdam

Hours & Salary

The company is looking for people who can work a minimum of 2 or 3 shifts per week. A shift is 4 to 8 hours, the more you can work the better. A typical work day looks like this, but can vary per shift:

14:00 - 14:30 Gather at central point in Rotterdam and drive your team to the store
15:30 - 17:30 Scan the store's warehouse
17:30 - 18:00 Break
18:00 - 21:30 Scan the store itself
21:30 - 22:30 Drive your team back to Rotterdam.

Please note that there is a break for only shifts that take more then 4 hours. 

Your salary: 

€12.10 - €14.30 at 21 years or older
€11.00 - €13.20 at 20 years
€9.35 - €11.55 at 19 years
€7.70 - €9.90 at 18 years     

You will start at the lower range of the salary, and increase according to your performance. 

During the driving time, you will get paid the minimum wage.
