Summer Job Warehouse Employee
Apply now!As a warehouse employee, your main responsibilities are restocking shelves and picking products for customers. You will work in the regular warehouse, not in the freezer department.
In the morning (08:00 to 12:30), you restock products using a reach truck. In the afternoon (13:00 to 17:00), you pick orders so they can be shipped to customers such as restaurants on time. You will use a scanner and work with a high level of responsibility and independence.
It is important that you have a good overview of where products are stored and can work accurately and efficiently. The work environment is open and friendly, and you will collaborate with both international and Dutch students.
The company is one of the largest wholesalers of all catering needs such as vegetables, dairy, non-food and many fresh products with eighteen branches in the Netherlands. You will be working for their location in Eindhoven, which is only 18 minutes by bike from Eindhoven central station.
• You are available to start first of July.
• You are proactive and reliable.
• Available to work at least 32 hours per week, preferably 40 hours per week.
• Available to work every other week on Saturday.
• Available until the end of August.
• Maximum 1 week holiday in July & August.
• There is the opportunity to keep working (part-time) after august if both you and the company are happy about it.
• Living in or around Eindhoven.
You will be working day shifts, starting at 08:00 and finishing around 17:00. You will be planned in at least 4 days a week, from Monday – Saturday.
Your salary:
21 or 21+: €14.71 per hour
20: €12.37 per hour
19: €10.27 per hour
18: €7.89 per hour
You get an extra allowance of €0,79 per hour in the freezer department.
You will get travel cost reimbursement (€0.19/km) when the travel distance is more than 10 km
You will go through three rounds in the application process:

- Round 3: On-site interview and company tour.
