Allround Bakery Employee (Cleaning & Production) Weekend Job

In this role, you will work across different departments within a modern bakery. During the weekend, you play an important role in both keeping the bakery clean and supporting production processes.

On Saturdays, you will be part of the cleaning team. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that all production and logistical areas are thoroughly cleaned so the bakery is ready for the upcoming week.

On Sundays and potentially during weekdays, you will support the production process. Your tasks include:

• Assisting in baking processes
• Loading and unloading products and supplies
• Cleaning baking trays and equipment
• Supporting different product lines

This is an active job where you will be on your feet and working in a fast-paced environment.

You will work at a modern bakery with 13 locations in Nijmegen and surrounding areas. This family business produces artisanal bread and pastries for shops, supermarkets, hotels, healthcare institutions and more.

You will be working at the main production location, which is the heart of the company.

Requirements

• You like working in a team and take initiative.
• You have a hands-on mentality.
• You are comfortable working in a hygienic and fast-paced environment.
• You are preferably also available on Saturdays en Sundays.
• You are available on Saturdays from 06:00 to 12:00.
• You are available on Sunday from 13:00 to 21:00.
• You are available for at least 6 months.
• Living in or around Nijmegen.

Working hours : 

Your shifts are divided as follows:

• Saturday: 06:00 – 12:00 (cleaning shift)
• Sunday: from 13:00 to 21:00 (production shift)
• Optional: additional production or logistics shifts during weekdays

This makes it possible to combine multiple shifts and increase your hours over time.

Salary:

• 21 years or older: €16.26 per hour
• 20 years: €13.17 per hour
• 19 years: €11.27 per hour
• 18 years: €9.71 per hour

Allowances:

• 34% extra for shifts starting from 22:00 (Monday to Friday)
• 50% extra on Sundays (applies to all hours)
